Key Responsibilities:
- Label Social Media comments using agreed tags for received links from client
- Label relevant Sentiments (Positive, Negative and Neutral).
- Provide analytics and presentations with the output obtained from labels in line with agreed timelines.
- Receive the updates from the client.
- Observing the engagement and building a report shows behaviors.
- Reporting the analysis on-time.
- Creatively engage with some special fans or customers.
- Observe agents responses and enhance the responses to be creative and special.
- Creates plans for assessment and responsiveness development

- Technical Skills: Computer – Analytics – Data visualization – Social Media awareness – Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience: 2 up to 4 Years
- Educational background: Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Mass Communication) or any related discipline.
- Proficiency in both English & Arabic languages.
- English level: C1 (Fluent).
- Max Age: 35
- Males must have a clear military status
