Tafeel is currently seeking a Programmer Analyst Specialist to join the Enterprise Systems Document Management team. This position requires a high level of proficiency in the development of java solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the client’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) environment including the development and enhancement of custom java code to support maintenance and expansion of the landscape.

• Create technical specifications from which programs will be written, and actively participate in coding and debugging of more complex requirements
• Create objects and workflows
• Develop and maintain taxonomy, attributes, permission sets, etc.
• Create jobs/scripts used to conduct bulk data loads or exports from existing systems for multiple document types
• Manage bulk document import processes assuring all files are received and the applicable attributes are assigned
• Refactor/reengineer data, documents, records, and code impacting multiple instances to meet changing business requirements
• Serve as the technical lead for upgrades, working with internal team as well as other teams within the organization
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned
