Job Description
- Develop practical understanding of marketing objectives, data structure and data sources.
- Support in the development of user segmentation to create a dynamic, segment lead lifecycle program.
- Collaborate with business partners to fully understand and document business requirements.
- Maintain a backlog of development initiatives for CRM and collaboratively prioritize with business partners.
- Define and execute the operational processes to effectively manage the production and non-production environment for CRM and integrate with applications.
- Provides Technical leadership in system integration and promotes best practices in this area.
- Tracks that calls/requests are being taken/logged, assigned, acknowledged, monitored, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner and escalate support as necessary.
- Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Control access for all third-party tools used by digital marketing staff
- Control the payments to all social media channels
- Contact with all social media vendors to solve all technical issues
