Job Description

  • Develop practical understanding of marketing objectives, data structure and data sources.
  • Support in the development of user segmentation to create a dynamic, segment lead lifecycle program.
  • Collaborate with business partners to fully understand and document business requirements.
  • Maintain a backlog of development initiatives for CRM and collaboratively prioritize with business partners.
  • Define and execute the operational processes to effectively manage the production and non-production environment for CRM and integrate with applications.
  • Provides Technical leadership in system integration and promotes best practices in this area.
  • Tracks that calls/requests are being taken/logged, assigned, acknowledged, monitored, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner and escalate support as necessary.
  • Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Control access for all third-party tools used by digital marketing staff
  • Control the payments to all social media channels
  • Contact with all social media vendors to solve all technical issues
