Job Description
- Analysis of activity within the company’s industry (Real Estate) to develop the best and most effective business plans and establish realistic and meaningful KPIs.
- Developing and implementing commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth.
- Report to the CEO as an executive-level position responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business through marketing, sales, product development and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.
- Building the commercialization infrastructure to drive market adoption of the company’s solutions, being responsible for revenue growth within the organization.
- Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
- Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.
- Designing and implementing new sales and customer acquisition strategies.
- Collaborating with and coordinating diverse teams (e.g. marketing, sales, and customer service).
- Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated targets and budgets.
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Negotiating ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers; managing and reviewing contracts and making recommendations regarding commercial.
- Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reporting to senior management.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Experience as managing titles in the real estate field for (10) years at least.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good connections with real estate brokers
- Strong experience in running sales, marketing.
- Experience must be in Egypt and well know working tools like CRM .
- Have the ability to work in commercial and administrative in new capital
- Presentable
- Fluent in English .
