Job Description
- Manage the AP team
- Reviewing purchase orders with bills.
- Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers.
- Reconciliations.
- Tracking accruals with our vendors.
- Recording fixed assets bills.
- Registering vendors on the system.
- Help other sections in some tasks (reports – Budget).
- Review of Accounts Payable Vouchers.
- Ability to find and handle the discrepancies.
- Complete payroll on a monthly basis including making payments.
- Recording house funds and preparing monthly reconciliations.
- Preparing Report of Trade Tax every 3 months.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Commerce Bachelor degree (Accounting Department).
- Experience 6 - 15 years in AP , 3+ years acting as section head
- Experience in Contracting companies is a MUST
