Key Responsibilities
- Develop search strategies (online, by networking, by cold calling…)
- Proactively identify and recruit passive candidates, and continually build a pipeline of candidates
- Review all applicant resumes and sources for fit with position description and requirements; ensure a diverse candidate pool is presented
- Effective phone screening, interview all relevant applicants, do reference check of the Manager
- Reviewing weekly & quarterly recruitment metrics to ensure target are being met
- Advise/Engage with the mobilization point of contact of the project if something significant happened after the agreement of the candidate.
Job Requirements
Skill Set
- Degree holder. Ideally in HR, Business, Commerce, Communication or English
- Creative sourcing and networking techniques, deep understanding of our clients business
- Flexible nature and ability to meet changing demands in a dynamic work environment
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Rail / Metro knowledge
