Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment, including inspection, lubrication, and adjustment, to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance activities, such as cleaning, calibration, and replacement of parts, to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions promptly and efficiently, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to minimize equipment downtime and maximize productivity.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment performance data.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance indicators, identify trends, and recommend improvements or modifications to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures during maintenance activities, and promote a safe working environment for all staff.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of spare parts and equipment needed for maintenance and repair activities.
Train and mentor junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and technical support to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment (FMCG or Food processing).
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and components, with expertise in troubleshooting and repair.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
