Job Description
- Work is on a project between Egyptian National Railways & Hyundai rotem to develop the signaling line on Naggah Hammadi/Luxor.
- Undertake contract review to establish work scope required
- Prepare condition assessment reports
- Prepare quotations/tenders
- Acting as the key contact point with the customer from initial discussions to delivery of the project
- Discussing, reviewing and negotiating the terms of the contract
- Identifying risks and develop risk mitigation plans
- Ensuring identification, documentation and submission of claims & variations.
- Drafting contractual letters to get them approved by Project Manager and send them to Client, Subcontractors, Government bodies etc.
- Attending site meetings to monitor progress
- Making sure the project meets agreed technical standards
- Managing the final invoicing process
- Coordinating with different departments within the organization, client and subcontractors.
Job Requirements
- Experience in contracts.
- Bachelor of electrical/ civil engineering.
- Good English skills.
- Able to go with the team (Korean engineers) to Qena/ Nagga Hammadi and luxur.
