Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of company network and connections
- Manage, Install and upgrade company network
- Troubleshoot and investigate the network and speed issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for Network Devices, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Guide and advise desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all network devices and related connection problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Monitor the update of all products Cisco/firewall firmware and so on...
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for managed Connections issues.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Network/Connection and Voice System by monitoring Network performance, configuration, maintenance and repair.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company's LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Works with vendors to assist support activities.
- Perform routine pro-active activities to ensure early identification for the issues and challenges related to group network and security.
- Provide documentation, reporting and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
- Provide remote / physical support depend on case issue.
- Follow IT SLA in handling issues.
- In charge of leading the practice and introducing the overall technical vision for a solution.
- Manage and Monitor computer networks for security issues.
- Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents.
- Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.
- Work to perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities.
- Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
- Manage and supervise telecommunications infrastructure.
- Work with telephony protocols, such as SIP, TCP/IP, H323, QoS, etc.
- Develop, and implement policies, measures, and training plans for the administration of telecommunication systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology field.
- Proven experience in VMware, Microsoft products.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in Cisco/Juniper Devices.
- Proven experience in Firewall Devices like FortiGate, Sophos, etc.
- Proven experience in VoIP Solutions like Grand stream, Avaya, Cisco, etc.
- Cisco/Juniper Advanced Certificate is a must.
- Strong experience directly leading and managing large scale of activities / solutions of enterprise environment and critical business.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure and networks
- Effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through.
- Ability to communicate equally well with stakeholders (business and technical) oral and written.
- Excellent research and self-learning skills
