Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy and plans, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
  • Manage all aspects of the products ensuring availability, profitability, customer loyalty is achieved in line with Company marketing targets and objectives.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Manage the continuous research of the market to identify new products competing with company products. Responsible for the introduction of new products or modification to existing products to ensure that company products are continuously competitive.
  • Responsible for all new product launches and their releases for both external and internal markets, stay updated and acknowledged with the marketing strategies of the competitors.
  • Responsible for marketing activities or policies to promote products or services.
  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the contractual process with partners and ensure that all contractual agreements are affected within established policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and product owners in order to ensure compliance to all needs of the clients; manage all communication related task such as target media outreach and press releases
  • Responsible for the promotional and advertising approaches of the company either internally or in collaboration with the external advertising agency. Including online promotion and print advertising, direct marketing and event planning.

Job Requirements

  • Years of experience: Min 10-12 years in marketing industry with 5 years in a managerial position
  • Education: A degree in Business administration with a specialization in Marketing or Engineering degree with MBA in Marketing is preferred
  • Work experience: Preferably worked in the field of furniture
  • Languages: Excellent command of the English Language
