Job Description
- Participate in planning and in priority setting for operational audit work and implementation of the operational audit plans.
- Managing & carrying out the implementation of the operational tests in the sample and the periodic and sudden loads according to instructions.
- Develop operational audit programs.
- Lead the internal audit staff and provide the highest quality standards for audit systems, methods, and programs the work.
- Conducting analytical, documentary, operational audits according to standards and according to the established audit programs.
- Follow-up of relevant technical reports (quality, costing, logistics, sales, procurement & planning, etc ), and make observations within the limits of Internal audit work areas.
- Follow-up and evaluation of related operational reports.
- Examine and evaluate applicable cost systems and review cost lists.
- Examine and review activities in different departments (stores, procurement, sales, production, etc.).
- Risk analysis of various activities of the company’s functions & activities and their evaluation and guidance for the most appropriate means to manage and reduce the impact.
- Evaluate the reliability of operational information prepared within the company.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and plans that achieve their objectives.
- Ability to evaluate and enhance the policies & procedures and workflows for the company’s functions.
- Participate in the development of scrutiny reports and the results of audits.
- Ability to evaluate processes fulfilling sox requirements.
- Ability to analyze indicators of frauds and conduct forensic audits.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or management
- Total Years of experience:+12 years
- Preferred industry: Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, Accounting firms
- Same position experience: 3 Years at least in the same position with special focus on operational Audits
- Gender: Male
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (writing and oral)
- Designations: ACCA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CMA, CPA
- Training and special courses: IFRS, SAP, data analytics, internal audit courses, reporting courses
- PC Skills: Proficient in MS office
- Competencies required: Time management, quality in delivering the products, teamwork, good communication skills.
- Additional Requirement: Perfect in attitude behaviors, punctuality, Willingness to travel domestically.
