Job Description
- Completes and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing.
- Assist senior architect to determine requirements for current and future projects.
- Analyze the drawing plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
- General support – assist in the preparation of layouts, drawings, and preliminary sketches.
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
- Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives.
- Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
- Producing detailed workings, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
- Manage technical architects for development and support of existing and new terminal platforms to support Walmart mobile and batch application infrastructure.
- Participate in an architecture competition in a team as drawer and designer.
- Collaborate with the architecture team with technical drawings and reports in order to provide accurate information to the job site.
- Verify the accuracy of development projects by monitoring the implementation process through development, QA, and production release cycles.
- Develop and deliver test strategy documentation to facilitate and enable robust and comprehensive QA test case development and testing.
- Manage technical architects for development and support of existing and new terminal platforms to support Walmart mobile and batch application infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with building code and zoning
- BA/BS degree in Architecture.
- Experience from 3 to 5.
- Proficient in MS Tools, Excel & Word.
- Extensive knowledge in Auto Cad & Revit is a must.
- Able to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and usable drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
