- Making calls to clients to introduce them to new products
- Making calls to clients to book appointments
- Call users to walk them through the account opening form and process
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying the information in respect to the account opening process, and defusing angry clients, as needed
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
