- Calculate actual cost for material allocated to the project; in terms of stock pricing from the
- stock controller or Comsys, and new material from the purchasing department.
- Compare actual cost versus estimated cost.
- Prepare the rejection report to the rejection causes and calculates.
- Manage the cash flow through forecasted material orders value and the forecasted invoices value through the Primavera
- Assisting in calculating the Forecasted fabrication cost and fabrication overheads cost.
- Assisting in calculating the forecasted cost at completion to measure the project profit/loss at the end of the project on a quarterly basis.
- Prepare Project Budget with project team.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 Years of Experience in Cost Control Field
- BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
- PMP Certificate is a must
- CCP is a must.
- Good English command
- Outstanding MS Excel Skills
