Job Description
- Responsible for directing and controlling the day to day housekeeping operations.
- Check public area/floor/rooms to ensure furnishing facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair
- Control usage of all amenities and cleaning supplies to ensure compliance with budget and appropriate usage standers
- Direct the work assignments of supervisory staff inefficient manner to ensure the ( guest, patients) receive prompt and courteous services
- Monitoring housekeeping procedures including lost and found, security, health, and safety for employees and guests as well
- Schedule routine inspection in all housekeeping area including occupied and non-occupied rooms
