Job Description
- Oversee construction projects to ensure progress and goals’ achievement.
- Prepare project plan and operational budget broken down based on work breakdown structures showing each cost elements (labor, materials, & equipment) and assigning cost centers and codes covering indirect and direct cost distribution.
- Monitor and evaluate project cost / man‐hour performance on weekly and monthly basis and prepare report to Top Management.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of sound project controls department policies and procedures.
- Review project quality compared to the desired objective.
- Support project management in accomplishing project status review and performance control.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, or Construction Management Engineering.
- 12 to 25 years of relevant experience at the construction and real estate development industry, at least one year of which has to be in the same position.
- Good knowledge of relevant project cost systems.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic language skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
