Job Description
- Responsible for annual recruitment plan and execution according to business flow
- Maintain the hiring process and ensure that and Egyptian Laws are properly applied along the employment cycle.
- Monitoring policies implementation & observing attendance.
- Manage the Annual Performance management system and ensure commitment to the process.
- Match the performance results with Compensation, Annual increase, and bonus system.
- Deliver the annual Training plan to management, and coordinate execution.
- Makes assessments of the effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
- Ensure the efficiency of communication flow among the company
- Responsible for the present to monthly payroll to finance dept. within due date.
- Advice the management of succession planning and talent rewarding plans.
- Act as the first advisor for the company regarding the application of Labor law and disciplinary actions.
- Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Very good command of English.
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR management OR Relevant Field. /HR Diploma.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
