Job Description

  • Responsible for annual recruitment plan and execution according to business flow
  • Maintain the hiring process and ensure that and Egyptian Laws are properly applied along the employment cycle.
  • Monitoring policies implementation & observing attendance.
  • Manage the Annual Performance management system and ensure commitment to the process.
  • Match the performance results with Compensation, Annual increase, and bonus system.
  • Deliver the annual Training plan to management, and coordinate execution.
  • Makes assessments of the effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
  • Ensure the efficiency of communication flow among the company
  • Responsible for the present to monthly payroll to finance dept. within due date.
  • Advice the management of succession planning and talent rewarding plans.
  • Act as the first advisor for the company regarding the application of Labor law and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5-7 years of experience.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, HR management OR Relevant Field. /HR Diploma.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
