- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)

- The candidate must have good and sound knowledge in customer support, data entry, and organizing skills.
- Self-motivated and team player with good customer support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
