Create manual guideline for all stores.
Classify each store regarding space, capacity and sales to fix display standard.
Ability to build capsules matching with brand vision.
Ability to build more outfits per each display unit.
Commercial feedback to take an action in fast and slow moving.
Create productivity ideas depend on sell through or price pointes, etc.
Keep and maintain stores display standards.
Create window guideline according to seasons' priorities.
Train and promote one employee per store to keep store display as agreed.
Responsible for all in store marketing.
Plan and implement (new arrivals) and (discount concepts) for each store.
Communicate with commercial dep to give feedback regarding (fitting, material, color, pricing)
Doing regular market survey regarding (promotions and display ways).

Excellent in MS.
Advanced knowledge of marketing overall with in-depth knowledge of brand building, communication strategies, promotion, and digital marketing.
Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid Knowledge in Retail Pro 9 is plus.
Solid Knowledge in 3D Max or Auto Cad is plus.
