Head of Finance

THE ROLE

• Umrah Holidays are seeking an experienced Head of Finance who will play a business critical role in leading the finance team within the Company. You must be a team player with the ability to inspire and influence across all levels and be a proactive self-starter with confidence and maturity.
• This role reports directly to the CEO, with a dotted line to the Head Office Finance Director and requires a confident person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, English and Arabic, at all levels.
• You will build and lead a finance team and be responsible for all aspects of the accounting and finance function with particular emphasis on financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, debt management and collection, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements, managing the audit process, payroll. 
• You will also provide a complete, timely and accurate monthly financial reporting function to Head Office, and ensure the integrity of financial, administrative and legal controls throughout the Company’s operations in accordance with Group policy and procedures.
