Job Description
A leading company in medical aesthetics is seeking to hire a marketing manager responsible for launching, promoting and developing our new innovative aesthetic solution across Egypt. In this role, you will build client relationships through lead generation and develop/implement sales strategies in support of achieving sales goals.
Job Description:
- Establish and maintain client relationships with key decision makers.
- Upon request, present data on our products in medical conferences.
- Conducts on-going training to medical affairs, field sales and other internal personnel as directed.
- Keep well-informed of market trends/activities and report to management
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing the marketing department's staff.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the same position.
- Previous experience in aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point and other software skills.
- Medical background is a must.
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to engage the audience and help them understand and retain information
