- The purpose of this position is to answer customer calls;
- Provide first-level trouble-shooting (if a customer complaint) and/or provide information and guidance (if a general customer inquiry) in order to resolve customer issues/inquiries.
Job Requirements
- University Graduate is a must.
- Fluent in German and English Language is a must.
- Flexibility to work on rotational shifts basis (including night and overnight shifts) and rotational days off.
- 0-5 years of experience (Fresh Graduates are also welcomed to apply).
- Gender: M/F.
- Good communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
