Job Description
- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as job agency, job site, social media, networking, or employee referrals.
- Perform the different types & techniques of interviews.
- Attracting applicants & creating a database of CV's for applicants matching with the required criteria for the major jobs & continuously update this database.
- Make first call for the interview to determine the time and date.
- Build the hiring documents, social insurance documents, etc…
- Handling admin HR related work
- Handling admin documentations
- Handling the attendance tracking, vacation tracking, reports, etc…
- Handles staff attendance and reports.
- Manage the performance appraisal paperwork.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Handle social events
- Nurture a positive working environment
Job Requirements
- BSc in business administration, social studies or relevant field
- HR Diploma is a bonus
- 1-2 years work experience as HR Recruiter and Admin
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Attention to details, prioritization skill and time management
- Excellent English Language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- MS Office proficient
- High software skills
