Job Description
- Implement planned and predictive mechanical & Electrical maintenance schedules for an allocated segment during his shift.
- Carry out mechanical repairs activities effectively and efficiently.
- Takeover from the previous shift the mechanical & Electrical maintenance updates and repairs work and complete them.
- Deliver on plant up time and maintenance KPI’s through planned, preventative & predictive maintenance.
- Adopt a cost-conscious approach to utilization of approved resources including maintenance tools, equipment, spare parts and manpower.
- Establish effective co-ordination with internal client to ensure harmonization of activities.
- Check and calibrate machinery and equipment after performing mechanical & Electrical maintenance works to make sure they are accurate according to standards of quality.
- Respond to equipment faults and attend mechanical& Electrical breakdowns onsite ensuring that there is always a rapid response and that plant equipment and machinery breakdown time is minimized.
- Manage any emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs appear in his shift to and ensure smooth run of all equipment and machinery.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Engineering.
- Job Experience:1:3 years
- Language: Very good in English
- Males Only.
- Ability to think logically and methodically.
