Mira application looks for a talented senior performance marketer.

Responsibilities:

Draw the targeted persona in detail.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive audience research
Publish and share daily organic ads (original text, images, video, or HTML) on all social platforms
Plan, develop & execute digital marketing monthly plan to be aligned with business goals.
Follow up and direct all the digital marketing process in consolidation with the team.
Translate the company’s objectives into marketing strategies
Define the most important social media KPIs and Submit weekly reports for campaign performance and KPIs achieved Vs promised.
Track, analyze analytical reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness and utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
Propose new ideas and concepts for social media campaigns.
Maintain customer satisfaction that emphasizes sustainable high-quality service and business profitability.
Responsible for all the company’s social media channels mainly Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter.

Not less than 4 years of proven experience in the marketing field.
Analytical skills, creativity, communication skills.
Experience in apps is a PLUS.
Experience in Paid Ads in Social media and Google ads is a PLUS.
Aware of psychological tactics that influence audience behavior
A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
