Job Description
- Responsible For all Finishing activities.
- Preparing weekly and Daily Target schedules for all Type of activities.
- Ensuring that all Materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Coordinate and Monitor the work on Constructions subcontractors.
- Checking Plans, drawings and Quantities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
- Experience 7+ years in High End Finishes Field is a must.
- Computer skills (AutoCAD – Office).
- Awareness Of financial and Administration.
- People Management.
- Leadership skills .
- Problem Solving
- Flexible To work In 6th October Or 5th Settlement
