Job Description
Customer Relation Specialists are the company's real asset, responsible for managing the customer journey, from initial contact and all the way through to closure, responsibilities include:
- Dealing with customer inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via email and social media (Website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram accounts) through properties' daily updates.
- Contacting potential and current customers and discussing their requirements.
- Follow up with customers.
- Developing & maintaining successful business Leads and relationships with all prospects.
- Dealing with customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Advise customers on the mortgage process.
- Update her/his CRM daily.
- Developing a full understanding of the real estate marketplace, and mortgage process.
- Pleasant, cooperative and professional work environment.
- Rotation program (marketing, sales, mortgage brokerage).
Training will be provided.

Job Requirements
- Attitude: (you must be cooperative; team working is a must).
