Job Description
You will be in charge of the full sales cycle without prospecting new customers. This individual contributor role will allow you to use your leadership talents and capabilities without having to directly manage others.
Responsibilities
- Sell group of solution and media buy
- Manage your targeted based sales pipeline
- improve relationships with, and knowledge of, customers to identify capacity expansion opportunities early and ensure customers User Requirements Specifications are crafted to meet our company specifications
- Analyze customer needs
- Prepare and deliver feature demo
- Pitching products and/or services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- No cold calling, you'll get leads on a daily basis, allowing you to focus on value creation
- You sell management software to directors of SMBs: interesting projects and people
- Report and communicate all business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies
- Learn a lot about different countries and different business sectors
- Interesting, evolving product with a large application scope: CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, Inventory, HR, Project Management, etc.
- Full control over the sales cycle. You'll be in direct contact with the customer from initial contact to closing
- High commissions for good performers
Job Requirements
- Ability to earn credibility and trust and form positive relationships by drawing on excellent communication skills to develop and express confidence in ideas and strategies
- Attitude to learn and evolve with the company software
- Minimum 2 years of Experience
- Achieve a monthly sales target
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Affinity with the IT world
- Experience in selling ERP modules
- Immediate Availability
- Experience work individual and building a sales team
