- Develop ICT Department.
- - Maintain servers’ applications.
- - Systems installation and configuration
- - ERP Systems Administrator
- - SQL Server Database Administrator
- - Website Administrator
- PC/Laptop/server, support S/W & H/W
- - Troubleshoot systems issues, multiple backup systems
- - Voice and data network infrastructure
- - Network Configuration and Troubleshoot ( Data & Voice )
- - CCTV System Configuration and Troubleshoot ( DVR & NVR )
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Configuration,
- Active Directory
- Technical support for pc and Laptops & Server
- (Dell – HP – Lenovo – Toshiba – IBM – Acer - Fujitsu Siemens)
- Troubleshot the hardware (PCs, laptop, Server) and follow up the hardware Failure
- Local network administration (LAN / WAN /WLAN / Internet link and remote Connectivity)
- Repair process in both the main office and the branch offices.
- Troubleshoot the running client-server applications (retail pro) and the other running
- Software applications in both of the main office and the branch offices
- Operating System: (Dos.Win98, Win me, 2000, XP, VISTA, 7, 8, 10)
- Operating System Server: (2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016) ISA 2004, 2006, 2010, TMG
- SQL Server: (2005, 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016)
- Networking: TCP/IP, Ethernet, VOIP, VPN, VLAN
- Tools: LAN Manager, ISS Real Secure, Checkpoint Firewall, Norton
- Firewall and Ghost, McAfee/Kaspersky/Norton Virus Protection Utilities, Network
- Firewall device: FortiGate
- Flight Recorder, Snort, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
