Job Description
- Conduct a job analysis for newly created positions and prepare job descriptions that best represent job nature and requirements and update the current.
- Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures by defining policy terms and conditions, to ensure the sustainability of the practice.
- Create and update organizational charts and affect structural changes visually.
- Support and collaborate on the development of specific initiatives to drive organizational change and organizational effectiveness programs.
- Conduct workload analysis and determine optimal manpower capacity.
- Support in creating workflows
- Follow up on the probation period appraisal for all the company employees.
- Contribute to designing, developing, and implementing succession planning programs.
- Performs all recruitment process to close the current vacancies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Other studies : HR diploma is a must
- Residency : Alexandria resident
- Experience : 2-3 years experience in HR ( minimum 1 year in same position).
- Working conditions : 5 days/week ( Friday&Saturday) OFF
- Working hours : 8 AM To 4 PM
- Experience in OD is a must.
