Job Description

DXPR is looking for a tech-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to help support, maintain, and improve our marketing and sales performance. DXPR is an Amsterdam based start-up company that focusses on providing Marketing software for open source CMS “Drupal”. Drupal is the most popular open source CMS for Enterprise scale companies, large NGO's, and governments.

We are a fully remote team, meaning that you can work safely from home while being respected as a full member of our small start-up team. If you want to make an impact and make a name for yourself, DXPR is where it happens.

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
  • To build full plan with content creation to cover campaign objectives & syncing with designers to provide with relevant designs.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Requirements for his team members/freelancers.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services.
  • Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Implement best practices for copy, creative, and audience targeting with oversight from our company Founder
  • Collecting and evaluating customer feedback data.
  • Evaluating competitor’s Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them.

Job Requirements

  • Strong command of English language
  • Pro-active communication
  • 2+ years Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience working from home is a plus
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus
  • Since we're a small company you must be self-reliant and self-motivated, you can't rely on someone else to motivate you to be more creative or work harder
  • Must be available to work (40) European hours, mo-friday 09.00-17.30. Taking a break to go to Friday prayer is allowed.
