- Maintains the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative and clerical duties
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments. typing, preparing and collating reports.
- Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted ·
- Maintaining effective records and administration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any discipline .
- English Level: Very Good.
- Experience Period From 1 to 3 years , preferable to be in hospitals or mega labs .
- Soft Skills: Computer Skills “ Excel, Word ,Emails ‘’
- Working Hours : 8 Hours From 9 am to 5 pm
- Days off: Friday Only
