Job brief
A German Trading Co. is looking for a reliable “Logistics Operations Senior Executive” to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. His/Her responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage Inventory as well as Warehouse, Transportation, and other logistics processes.
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Develop new Strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
- Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Analyze logistical problems and plan transportation routes for vehicles carrying goods.
- Operating IT systems to manage timings, costs and stock levels
- Negotiating and agreeing contracts with multicultural suppliers and vendors.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Create and manage department budgets
Job Requirements
General Requirements:
- Fluent English Language & a second German language is a plus.
- Previous experience in ERP/Microsoft Dynamic Navision/SAP is a must.
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, transportation, or engineering
- Max. age is 30 years
- Total years of Experience from 3 to 6 years max.
- Proficient in using MS applications particularly Word & Excel
- Strong interpersonal communication & organizational skills.
- Flexible working hours.
Key Requirements:
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management history.
- +3 Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles.
- Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for other entities.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software.
