Job Description

As our Business Development Project Manager you will be at the core of the company development, working on developing and driving strategic plans and priorities, as well as working with the organization in executing projects to grow the company and improve its productivity.

The role requires coordination between people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time to produce the desired results. This includes developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. This involves organizing and leading project status and working meetings, monitoring and reporting on progress, managing and addressing risks, correcting deviations from project plan, and overseeing delivery for assigned projects. Business Development Project Manager must be self-sufficient and able to work on his or her own for extended periods with minimal management direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Assist in team development by removing road-blocks to their work, mentoring them and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
  • Promote empowerment of the team by ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contribution
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders & manage the relationships between them
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Co-shape and establish processes, templates, standards, and risk management across the functions that are required to fulfill your role

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with individuals at all levels including the executive level
  • Proven ability to lead key projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
  • Strong planning processes and organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of trust and confidence
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
  • Ability to lead simultaneous initiatives in an entrepreneurial environment
