Plan, coordinate and follow up preventive maintenance work to maintain the company's equipment and ensure the highest operating efficiency and the lowest possible fault rates.
Analyzes the causes of faults and examines and implements plans to reduce them
Follow up the implementation of the sudden maintenance and repair of all plant machinery and equipment and review the reports of repair
Preparing periodic reports on faults and reviewing them and submitting them to the Department
Plan and follow up the installation of new equipment and transfer machines within the factory.
Study and implement the technical modifications of the machines to improve their performance and increase their efficiency.
Follow up the work of turning and turning the electric motors in the workshops
Provide suggestions and work to reduce electricity consumption
Choose supplies and maintenance materials and follow-up availability and control consumption rates
Improve the availability of machines in its continuous form
Supervision of industrial security of machines to prevent injuries to employees due to poor maintenance
Approval of requests for the purchase of parts and numbers
Directs and develops management personnel
Develop the capabilities of the management staff and provide the necessary training in coordination with the management of human resources and evaluation of the results of training
Provide industrial security equipment and follow up the commitment of employees to use it

Bachelor degree in Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in production line maintenance, (at least 5 years in FMCG).
Previous experience in the manufacturing of foods and candy is Strongly preferred.
Very good English language (spoken and written).
Advanced Level in MS Office applications.
Advanced research and online communication skills.
