Job Description
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing our operation Hub in Alex and Behira
- You will be responsible for dispatching all packages and ensure a smooth delivery.
- You will be responsible for achieving the highest delivery rate in your area.
- You will be responsible for hiring and train our drivers at your hub and ensure complete understanding of the whole delivery journey
- You will be responsible for depositing our daily cash and reconcile with the HO finance team.
- You will be responsible for all the Hub driver's performance.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- V-good in English language and high communication skills.
- Data-oriented and able to read, analyze numbers.
- High leadership skills are required.
- Able to travel within Egypt cities if required.
