Law firm is looking for experience lawyer for immediate hiring.

Elbayan Law firm is one of the largest and the oldest law firms in Egypt. Our practice focuses on complex commercial business transactions and litigation, civil, criminal and administrative Egyptian law, real estate, international law, tax law and disputes resolution. We represent clients in major business matters regionally, nationally, and internationally. The needs of business are our primary concern.
- Litigation lawyer
- Review cases.
- Follow up on cases.
- Represent the Company in litigation and other legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise on legal transactions.
- Provide the client with appropriate legal advice about legal issues and transactions.
- Attending courts sessions.
- Prepare writs, defenses, submissions and other pleadings in civil cases.
- Collecting, organizing, and tabulating all documents of the cases.-
- Draft contracts and audit contracts concluded.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law
- 2-6 years’ experience.
- Microsoft office.
- Proven Communication, Organizing, Planning & Reporting Skill.
- Knowledge of laws, Court Procedures government regulation, executive procedures, and dealing with the investment authority, any administrative agencies, government department, and the courts.
- Advocacy in primary, civil, and criminal courts.
- Exposure to Court Processes.
- Age over 30 years
