Job Description
- Install, Configure and Administer Microsoft Windows versions, Windows Servers, MS Office and Office 365.
- Solve the Hardware and software Problems on the Users devices.
- Support the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
- Manage and troubleshoot any end-user equipment: printers, Scanners.
- Solve technical network problems. Internal and external.
- Provide Support for all users (Head Office – Branches)
- Backup & Recovery: Safeguard the databases by controlling the security and backup processes
- Identifying IT solutions to cross border ways of working and complexities.
- Provide assistance when required for the branches support functions which includes managing user calls, troubleshooting, managing crisis situations which may involve complex hardware or software problems. Also oversee all help-desk activities and give response in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Network Courses (A+ N+).
- Cisco courses (CCNA).
- Good English
- Work under stress
- Teamwork skills
- Time flexibility
- Be able to solve technical and software problems and apply preventive actions
- Have IT security awareness
