- Help define all projects scope, goals and expected outcome and foresee issues or problems may be faced in order to establish alternatives without affecting efficiency.
- Make sure that plans are made for projects requested from each BU with approved time frame, due dates, budget & task owners and that each eventually meets the overall plan & target of each department & BU.
- Manage budget of each project requested, review with top management/strategic team and make sure there’s no misuse/overuse of materials or resources ultimately.
- Follow up & monitor the performance of each BU project coordinator & make sure all their tasks & reports are delivered on time.
- Monitor the implementation of requested rounds from each manager/staff member.
- Make sure rounds reports or checklists are delivered on time to Regional Planning & Follow up manager & QM department with comprehensive outcome/defects if present & corrective actions if needed.
- Make sure admins of each BU have delivered the weekly task lists/Weekly objective reports of managers to project coordinator, deliver to Regional planning & follow up manager and monitor the execution of each task accordingly.
- Define tasks requested in each meeting attended, required resources, task owners and follow on their delivery.
