Job Description

  • Implement business solutions and ERP including perform Gap analysis for business processes to comply with best practice and resolving implementation issues to ensure on time implementation and accurate reporting for all company information.
  • Implement digital transformation technologies to achieve full automation of company processes and reporting.
  • Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
  • Help defining IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
  • Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance.
  • Determine the annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Generate performance reports for operating systems.
  • Assure all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Evaluate technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification.
  • MBA holder is preferred.
  • Experience and successful full cycle implementation of ERP System.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects in industrial field.
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrix reporting/support environment to drive optimum results
  • Demonstrated ability to direct an organization through internal strategic changes, revenue optimization initiatives, expense control initiatives and a significant compliance landscape while maintaining or enhancing daily service commitments
  • Proven leadership establishing an operating environment of continuous improvement for optimized service quality and/or cost
