Job Description
- Reporting to Regional Travel & Assistance MEA operations management based in Dubai, UAE
- Responsible to open and recording the claim and manage it as per agreed TAT (processing, steering, and looking into it)
- Perform plausibility checks and consult an external expert when needed
- Correspond with dealerships, clients, and external experts
- Responsible for invoice and bill claims
- Implement Claims SOP within the service network/dealers
- Guide, train and direct service network/dealers on claims process and modules.
- Collect and update the internal procedures supported by technical bulletins/literature released by OEMs
- Ensure customer grievance to be addressed at top most priority and resolve the same within the set TAT laid down by department/organization
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical engineering, or similar education
- You’re a technician and also have a commercial understanding
- Previous experience with motor claims, insurance and/or assistance market, network expansion and also management of direct/indirect teams
- You’re fluent in Arabic and in advanced skills in English
- Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible & adaptable to change
- Well-versed with MS Office.
- You’re happy to work in an office environment
