Job Description

  • Reporting to Regional Travel & Assistance MEA operations management based in Dubai, UAE 
  • Responsible to open and recording the claim and manage it as per agreed TAT (processing, steering, and looking into it)
  • Perform plausibility checks and consult an external expert when needed
  • Correspond with dealerships, clients, and external experts
  • Responsible for invoice and bill claims
  • Implement Claims SOP within the service network/dealers
  • Guide, train and direct service network/dealers on claims process and modules.
  • Collect and update the internal procedures supported by technical bulletins/literature released by OEMs
  • Ensure customer grievance to be addressed at top most priority and resolve the same within the set TAT laid down by department/organization

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical engineering, or similar education 
  • You’re a technician and also have a commercial understanding
  • Previous experience with motor claims, insurance and/or assistance market, network expansion and also management of direct/indirect teams
  • You’re fluent in Arabic and in advanced skills in English
  • Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible & adaptable to change
  • Well-versed with MS Office.
  • You’re happy to work in an office environment
