Job Description

  • Leads a team of Training Leads and Trainers to achieve Teleperformance and Client Objectives. Responsible for the results and compliance of the Internal and External Processes. Managers content, targets, and standards of team performance, and Accountable for the corrective actions where and when required.

  • University Graduate
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Preferred)
  • Accredited ToT programs 
  • 2 years of training managing 
  • 5 Years in training field
  • Call Center Industry
  • B2 English
  • Bilingual (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
