Job Description
Main Purpose:
- Controlling Handheld system & responsible for sales KPIs reporting system.
Responsibilities:
- Following-up on the Handheld system and all related activities.
- Training sales representatives on hand Handheld and its extracted reports.
- Following up daily clearance & loading processes for sales team and dealing with all breakdowns.
- Create, maintain & update Customers databases on SAP & shared files.
- Prepare daily, weekly & Monthly reports monitoring sales team KPIs (Successful visits, waste, coverage, trucks productivity ... etc.).
- Monitor the needs and supplies of devices, printing machines, printing papers and the upgrading of new systems.
- Ensuring sales team are sticking to company uniforms
- Updating SharePoint files on daily basis.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
Experience: 0-1 Year of experience in a similar field.
Languages: Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
Computer Skills: MS Word Skills Advanced MS Excel Skills Advanced MS PowerPoint Advanced MS Outlook Skills Advanced
