Job Description

  • Assist in the hiring processes
  • Schedule and conduct new employee orientations
  • Screen CVS and conduct the first interview
  • Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Cultivate training and development programs
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Manage employee’s payroll, time and attendance, salary adjustments, salary increases 
  • Prepare monthly payroll for all employees 
  • Manages the probationary period evaluation for all new hires until conclusion
  • Coordinate employee resignation/termination related tasks and retrieve company assets , conduct exit interviews
  • Organize employee activities such as social gatherings, refreshment meetings.
  • Managing administration related activities

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Must have good knowledge of Egyptian Labor law
  • Good knowledge of employment
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • HR Diploma
