Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development and construction documents.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate architectural plans and drawings with the different scopes (Structural, Electromechanical, … )
- Lead all aspects of the design process
- Ensure proper annotation, formatting and documentation of project files.
- Follow-up with the construction team to ensure adherence to project specifications
- Respond to RFI and the consultant requirements.
- Provide the necessary data to the subcontractors and the different parties involved in a project.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Architecture.
- Must have experience in architectural project and knowledge of the local city regulations.
- Demonstrate strong management skills and leadership.
- Excellent User in AutoCAD (2D) and Photoshop.
- Must be aware with the market updates, the available vendors, and materials.
- Architectural or civil engineering background is a must.
