Job Summary:
 

We are looking to hire a visionary senior expert sales and technical manager to oversee our company’s Sales, Marketing and Technical operational processes, and to ensure superb customer experience. The GM will optimize our company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize sales revenue, customer satisfaction and manage marketing initiatives. The GM will assist in compiling the company's sales target and employ strategies to safeguard market share and increase sales revenue. You will compile sales reports, and control financial policies and procedures. You will team up with management to implement business strategies.

To ensure success you should have a clear understanding of our company’s core values and culture. Top candidates will be exemplary leaders, have superb business acumen and have sound understanding of business strategies.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Leads AIC’s presence in Egypt market and the channel with distributors by developing objectives to grow sales and improve margins with direct and indirect customers.
  • Implements AIC’s Merchandising Plan, including distributor discounts, rebates, Market Development and AIC programs with other AIC regions.
  • Works with multiple functions of the AIC organization - marketing, Business Units Managers, technical service, customer service, and the business analysis team in an effort to achieve optimal AIC sales results.
  • Defines the responsibilities of the sales, marketing and technical teams and supervise the resellers’ network, including key account management of strategic channel partners.
  • Supervises the AIC direct sales and channel sales through direct face-to-face visits/meetings and coaching the resellers’ sales representatives for optimal performance management.
  1. Summary 

The General Sales and Technical applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead sales and projects teams and control sales and projects schedule, cost, and performance risks to ensure satisfied customers before and after sales. This role has ultimate responsibility for all assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, and others aspects of all sales.

  • Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholders
  • Establish clear ownership for the sales unit, sales results and products portfolio, project tasks, ensure that sales and products and project teams’ members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of sales objectives.
  • Track progress and review sales tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
  • Assess sales issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customers goals.
  • Proactively communicate sales status, projects status, issues & risks to management.
  • Follow AIC policies, procedures and methodologies.
