Job Description

  • Responsible for follow-up of the company's administrative works.
  • Responsible for follow-up and guidance of HR, IT, secretary, warehouse manager, drivers Manager, and public relations.
  • Responsible for monitoring and developing the company's plans.
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing the company's Human Resources.
  • Responsible for monitoring the organizational structure, the salary system and employees files.
  • Follow up the recruitment based on the plans and the budget of recruitment.
  • Follow up training plans and performance evaluation.
  • Follow up the implementation of benefits for the employees.
  • Implementation of the company's regulations and compliance with labor law.
  • Solving employee problems and following up the exit interview of employees.
  • Follow-up of   social insurance and labor offices.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred Experience in Construction  Companies
