Job Description

Social Media Strategists use social media for brand awareness and impressions.
Excellent knowledge of best practices for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Good knowledge of social media KPIs.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Team player.
Good time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
  • Experience in a sales position is a plus.
  • Ability to manage the entire training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Solid communication and presentation abilities.
  • BSc degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
  • Additional certification in training is a plus.
  • speaking English is mandatory and preferred German as well.
