Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Manage security operations and outsource security service providers within CFC to ensure the safeguard of people and assets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Plan, organize, lead and supervise outsource and service provider security staff.
- Direct, coordinate and supervise security budget, operation activities, with the outsource security team and the service provider staff.
- Develop and enforce security standard and procedures.
- Analyse and supervise security officers’ performance, restricted areas, traffic control, hazardous activities and condition of security equipment
- Conduct investigation of all losses or violation of CFC regulations
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Police academy , preferable law enforcement background.
- High knowledge of private security operation, risk assessment and investigation.
- Physical security and/or crisis management and/or business continuity management Certified.
- Good knowledge of safety practices.
Minimum Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in security field.
- 5 years’ experience in private security field.
- Experience in handling risky operation.
- Experience in handling violence and disturbance.
