Job Description
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide support to others.
- Conduct daily customer visits to the assigned customers.
- Promptly handle customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain and develop a customer database.
- Prepare and dispatch daily and weekly reports and analysis for all sales and customer visit activities.
- Gather and analyze market information and competition activities to maintain detailed and updated assessment of the competition.
- Provide market feedback on products.
- Resolve issues to achieve successful sales.
- Coordinate with the collection department the collection of customer dues related to sales activities.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and ensure that all customer complaints are resolved
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 1-2 years sales experience in the field of industrial machines ( B2B)
- Alex residence
- Has a valid driving license
- Good command of English
- Hard worker and has the B2B sales skills
- Representable.
